Early Parenting Support

Welcome to my website. 

Perhaps you have come here through an internet search in the early hours when it feels like everyone else in the world is managing to get sleep apart from you and your baby or young child. 

Perhaps you have been directed here by someone who thought I might be able to help you and your young family with whatever you are struggling with. 

Whatever your situation, it is great that you have reached out.  Know that things can get better.

My approach is holistic and tailored to the needs of each family.  Some parents may need only a few meetings with me to get them on track in their relationship with their baby/toddler, while others may value support over a longer period. 

I can see parents with their baby/child from birth up until their child’s 4th birthday.
